     James Riley Fish was born 15 October 1888 in Milam County, Texas, and died 20 December 1928 in Kimble County, Texas.  He was the son of Electra Jane Lavicie Bingham and Elias Franklin Fish.  He married Ruby S. Bundick 1918 in Kimble County, Texas, daughter of -- Bundick and Amanda.  She was born 5 July 1900 in Texas, and died 22 August 1974 in Texas.

James died intestate therefore Ruby had to file for guardianship of their two daughters on the 21 February 1929.  Sam Houston and Elias F. Fish guaranteed her bond for $2400.00.
