KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That on and about Nov 13th 1917, L. A. Kile and wife Lala Kile, did execute and deliver to T J Ellis Jr. 90 acres of land out of the Mary Ann Fisk Survey No.630, located in Coleman County, Texas and that the rentals were payable at the First National Bank of Santa Anna, Texas, and that the rentals due Nov 1919 were not paid to affiant herein and were not paid to the said bank and same has not been paid since and that no well or operations of any kind has ever begun sor staterted on said land for the discovery of oil, gas or other minerals.
